At Dale and Waters there are no hidden surprises when it comes to your delivery.
Dale and Waters has traditionally offered a catalogue service. In order to improve on our service, we started a website in 2008 and offered discounts/incentives to our valued clients to move from the catalogue service to the website. We cannot continue to offer the FREE delivery incentive on all purchases on a permanent basis. We will be offering the following from now on:
1. For the 8 seasonal catalogues a year we will offer FREE delivery for web-based orders above the value of $120
2. For the 2 sales catalogues a year we cannot offer free delivery because our product is already heavily discounted
We know you will be excited to receive your new clothes so we use Express Post throughout Australia. For our international and New Zealand customers we use Air Post to ensure your package arrives promptly. At Dale and Waters we also pack your clothes ready for delivery within one day. And if you are in Australia you should receive your package within two to three days. International customers will generally receive their package in one week. Although we work tirelessly to ensure you receive your items as soon as possible, please note during peak periods there may be a short delay.
