Exchanges and Returns

Exchanges

We believe you will always be satisfied with your Dale and Waters purchase. However, we understand things do not always fit the way you expect. Therefore, we will gladly accept your exchange if you follow the steps below.

  1. Please email us within three days of your original purchase with feedback about why you wish to exchange the item.
  2. Ensure the item is in its original condition with the tags attached. The item must not have been worn.
  3. Package your item and post it back to us – unfortunately we are unable to cover this delivery cost, but we will pay for the exchange item to be posted back to you.

Upon receiving your item we will process the exchange and post your requested exchange item at our cost.

Returns

Returns will be accepted provided the following conditions are met:

  1. Items must be sent back to us within fourteen days.
  2. The item must be in its original condition with the tags attached and cannot have been worn.
  3. For hygiene purposes no briefs can be returned. If you are unsure of your size please feel free to contact us for advice.

All return requests are subject to our approval. Upon approval and receipt of your returned item you will be issued a full refund on the purchase price.

We highly recommend insurance on all exchange and return items as Dale and Waters cannot take responsibility for lost mail.

Unfortunately we cannot exchange or return any Internet Clearance items so please make your selection carefully.
