Your Credits, Your Way

Everything you need to know about your Dale & Waters store credit, from how you get it, to spending it with ease.

At Dale & Waters, we believe that when things don't go perfectly, we make it right, and then some. That's why we offer Store Credit: a flexible, no-fuss way to keep your value and spend it exactly when and how you want, on anything across our site.

How to Find & Use Your Credit

1. Log in to Your Account

Head to daleandwaters.com.au and click "Log In" in the top right corner of the page. Enter your email address and password as usual.

2. View Your Account Dashboard

Once logged in, you'll land on your Account page. This is your personal hub, from here you can see your order history, saved details and your current store credit balance, all clearly displayed.

3. Check Your Store Credit Balance

Your available store credit is shown on your account page. It will display as something like "Store Credit: $XX.00". That's real money, ready to spend, with no expiry date.

✨ Your credit never expires — use it whenever you're ready!

4. Shop as Normal & Proceed to Checkout

Browse the site, add your favourite pieces to cart and head to checkout when you're ready. Make sure you're still logged into your account, this is important so your credit can be applied.

5. Apply Your Store Credit at Checkout

At the checkout page, you'll see an option to apply your store credit. Simply tick the box or click "Use Store Credit", and the amount will be deducted from your order total automatically. If your credit covers the full amount, you're done! If your order is more than your credit, you'll just pay the difference by card, PayPal, AfterPay, or any of our usual payment methods.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does my store credit expire?

No. Your store credit never expires. It stays safely in your account, until you're ready to use it, whether that's tomorrow or next year.

Can I use store credit with other payment methods?

Absolutely. If your store credit doesn't cover the full order amount, you can simply pay the difference using any of our available payment methods, including Credit or Debit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, or AfterPay.

Can I use store credit on sale items?

Yes! Store credit can be used across all purchases on our website, including sale items. It works just like cash towards any order.

I can't see my store credit balance, what do I do?

Make sure you're logged into the same account that the credit was issued to. If you still can't see it, please get in touch with our friendly team at information@daleandwaters.com.au or call us on 1300 856 825 and we'll sort it out for you.

Can I transfer my store credit to someone else?

Store credit is linked to your account and cannot be transferred to another customer's account. However, our Gift Cards make a wonderful option if you'd like to give someone the gift of Dale & Waters

Can store credit be redeemed for cash?

Store credit cannot be refunded or converted to cash. It's designed to be used towards purchases on daleandwaters.com.au
