At Dale and Waters, we’re committed to delivering the very best in quality and fit. With our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, if you purchase an item but find it unsuitable for any reason, we’ll happily refund or exchange it — no questions asked.

Our Returns Policy

If any product you purchase is faulty, damaged through no fault of your own, not fit for its usual purpose, or simply unsuitable — even if you’ve just changed your mind — you can return it within 30 days for an exchange, refund, or store credit, subject to the terms below:

  • All returns must include your original receipt (attached to the front of your parcel). Without a receipt, no refund can be processed.
  • Goods must be returned with original tags and packaging and in clean, saleable condition.
  • If you can’t find your receipt, and your product is in saleable condition, we’ll gladly offer an exchange or store credit instead.*

If your order included any free promotional item and the order is
returned
, the value of the free item will be deducted from your refund.

No returns or exchanges are accepted on Customised Tees,
Clearance items, or Sale items
, unless the item is deemed faulty.

Free Delivery Conditions

Orders over $165 AUD (Australia) or $180 NZD (New Zealand) qualify for free delivery.
However, if you return your entire order or most of the items, reducing the total below the free-shipping threshold, the original delivery cost will be deducted from your refund.

Please note:

  • We do not exchange or refund credit vouchers for cash.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs. If you request an exchange, we’ll cover free postage for sending the replacement item back to you.
