How to Add Dale and Waters to Your Email Safe List

Make sure you don’t miss a single email. Whitelisting is a quick and easy way to ensure that emails you want to receive don’t get blocked or sent to your junk mail. To add information@daleandwaters.com.au to your contacts or safe email list, simply open an email message, click on the sender’s email address, and add them to your contacts to verify that the sender can be trusted.

How to Add Emails to Your Safe List:

Gmail:

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click the Settings gear icon in the top-right corner and select “See all settings.”
  3. Go to the “Filters and Blocked Addresses” tab.
  4. Add the email address or domain you want to whitelist to the “Allowlist” (approved senders list).
  5. Messages from that address won’t be marked as spam, but users may still see a Gmail warning banner.

Hotmail:

  1. Log in to Hotmail.
  2. Click on the Settings icon at the top-right side of the page.
  3. Expand it and click on More Mail Settings.
  4. Click on Safe and Blocked Senders.
  5. Select Safe Senders.
  6. Add the email address you want to whitelist, then click Add to list.

Outlook:

  1. In Outlook, go to the Home tab.
  2. Click the arrow next to “Junk” in the Delete group and select “Junk E-mail Options.”
  3. Navigate to the “Safe Senders” tab.
  4. Add the email address or domain you want to whitelist.
  5. Emails from these senders will bypass spam filters and land in your inbox.

Outlook.com:

  1. Go to Settings, then select Options.
  2. In the left pane, choose “Junk Email”, then select “Safe Senders.”
  3. Enter the email addresses or domains you want to whitelist and click “Add.”

SmarterMail:

  1. Log in to SmarterMail.
  2. Click “Settings” and then “Trusted Senders.”
  3. Add the email address or domain you wish to whitelist.

Office 365:

  1. Go to Settings and select “View all Outlook settings.”
  2. Navigate to “Mail” > “Junk email” > “Safe senders and domains.”
  3. Add the domains or addresses you want to whitelist.

Android (Default Email Client):

  1. Open the email message.
  2. Tap the sender’s picture that appears before the message.
  3. Tap “Add to Contacts.”

Apple Mail (Mac OS X and iOS Devices):

  1. Open the email.
  2. In the email header, click on the sender’s email address or the “Reply-to” email address.
  3. From the dropdown menu, select “Add to Contacts” or “Add to VIPs.”

Note: Adding to VIPs ensures future emails from this sender appear in a special VIP mailbox in iOS Mail, making them easier to find.

If the email was placed in junk, right-click on the email in your Junk folder and select “Move to Inbox.”

Xtra Mail:

  1. Log in to your Xtra account at xtra.co.nz.
  2. Click on the “Address Book” tab in the upper corner of the screen.
  3. Select “New” to add a new contact.
  4. Fill out the necessary fields for the contact (not all fields are required).
  5. Click “Save” to add the contact to your whitelist.
