INSURANCE
Your order is fully insured in transit (irrespective of value) against loss or damage. Should your order not be delivered within reasonable time, we will replace your order (subject to availability).
RETURNS
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED If you are not satisfied with the order, return the goods to us within 30 days of invoice. Please ensure that the garments are as new with the tags attached. All refunds exclude delivery charges.
Please note: You MUST include your invoice and credit card details if you would like a refund. Without this information you will be issued with a credit note that cannot be redeemed for cash.
Our Returns Policy
If any product you purchase is faulty, damaged through no fault of your own, not fit for its usual purpose, or simply unsuitable — even if you’ve just changed your mind — you can return it within 30 days for an exchange, refund, or store credit, subject to the terms below:
- All returns must include your original receipt (attached to the front of your parcel). Without a receipt, no refund can be processed.
- Goods must be returned with original tags and packaging and in clean, saleable condition.
- If you can’t find your receipt, and your product is in saleable condition, we’ll gladly offer an exchange or store credit instead.
- No refunds on Clearance and Sale items, unless faulty.
- Custom tees are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless the garment or print is faulty. Make sure to double-check and order the correct size and colour before completing your purchase.
Fee Delivery Conditions - Exchange
Orders over $165 AUD (Australia) or $180 NZD (New Zealand) qualify for free delivery. However, if you return your entire order or most of the items, reducing the total below the free-shipping threshold, the original delivery cost will be deducted from your refund.

We do not exchange or refund credit vouchers for cash.
